Flexibility

Flexibility is a very important factor in the world of physical fitness. We warm up and stretch before every physical activity that we do. Answer the following questions:

My name is Kami! I am going into the teaching field for physical education. I look forward to hearing from people and your thoughts on technology integration into classrooms, or anything else you want to tell me about education, P.E., sports, ect. As the days go on, I will post different topics about technology integration into the P.E. field. This blog will be a great tool for integration of technology in the classroom.
